These terms apply when you visit heart-side.org or buy from Heartside. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

 

Orders. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

 

Prices and offers. Prices are in US dollars for US customers. Offers such as 30% off and free US shipping run for the dates shown on the site and may end without notice after those dates. Automatic discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated.

 

Personalised items. If you order a personalised item, you are responsible for checking the spelling and details you enter before you pay. Personalised items are made to order, so see our Return and refund policy for what we can replace.

 

Products. Our carriers and slings are designed for small dogs up to the weight stated on each product page. Please read the product description and use the product as described. Heartside products are not a substitute for supervision, training or veterinary advice.

 

Shipping and returns. Delivery, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

 

Intellectual property. The Heartside name, logo, images and text belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

 

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

 

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
